Refund Policy

At IMEX Trading, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through www.imextr.com.

1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Provide photos or evidence of the issue.
  • Keep the product in its original packaging.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
